Check out 9th century CULTURE at Angkor Archaeological Park in Cambodia

There is something quite spectacular about catching the sun rise over the imposing Angkor Wat temple complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site!  The archaeological park is the world’s largest religious monument and contains relics from the Khmer Empire dating from the 9th to 15th centuries.  Cambodia’s tourist offerings are plentiful and cultural experiences abound including the famous Apsara Dance (celestial dancers sent down to entertain the gods according to ancient Hindu mythology.)  If ecotourism inspires you, Botum Sakor National Park’s wildlife and biodiversity is a must see!  Between the cultural gems, pristine beaches, and natural beauty – it’s time to schedule a trip to this Southeast Asian gem.
