From the onset to trip wrap up it was an extremely well thought out itinerary including seeing local sites to days of relaxation and leisure. Denise delivers trip plans based on clients interests and budget considerations and provides alternatives to ensure you get the most out of your vacation. She has traveled globally and coupled with an extensive network, is very knowledgeable about travel. Highly recommend.

Denise was very easy to work with. I had airline credits that I needed to use and she offered several vacation options. Once we decided on the cruise she booked that as well as our pre and post-cruise hotel in Miami. When we discovered shortly before our trip that our chosen hotel was under renovations she quickly found and booked us a different hotel. Will definitely use her again for future travel.

Denise was a terrific travel agent. This family trip was not easy to handle. Planning and managing details for 16 members going to Iceland and 22 to Ireland. Required frequent communication with Denise on details of the trip. She was always responsive to our needs. There were bumps in communication along the way - not due to Denise's fault but third party issues that she always got resolved. She was very attentive to important details and found excellent sources for lodging and tours. She is an ideal travel agent and I would unhesitatingly use her again on family travels.
