$0 for bookings that require no research. The client knows exactly what they would like to book but wants our online travel agent assistance with booking.

New Trips Under Seven Days $200
$200 Trip planning fee for new trips under seven days. Fees for trips planning are paid after the initial discussion but before a first proposal is delivered.

$300 Trip planning fee for new trips seven days and over. Fees are paid after the initial discussion but before a first proposal is delivered.
Note: Trip planning fees are nonrefundable.
Trip Planning fees are waived for Military, Veterans, Military spouses, and First Responders with ID.

MEET DENISE,YOUR TRIP ADVISOR

Denise Hollywood, a trusted travel advisor, has lived, worked, and traveled the world for the past three decades. From a young age, having a parent from a foreign country (Ireland) inspired a desire to travel and see new places. A United States military veteran, serving her country in assignments around the world further fueled Denise’s passion for travel, tourism and experiencing new cultures. Denise is currently a Virtuoso Travel Advisor. When it comes to experiencing the best of the best in travel, it’s about who you know – and a Virtuoso travel advisor will connect you to the world.
Her professional journey since leaving college spanned the military, aerospace defense and non-profit sectors. These invaluable experiences as a military commander (US Air Force), customer relationship manager (Boeing), and non-profit executive (Military Service Organizations) inspired State Of Mind Travel.
On a professional note: She earned a Master of Tourism Administration from George Washington University in December 2021. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, a Master of Military Studies from Air University, and a Bachelor of Science in Math/Finance from Ithaca College. Her military commission is from Cornell University.
On a personal note: Although she has visited 70+ countries, her bucket list is long and filled with adventure.
Our Process
Initial Consultation
We offer a complimentary consultation to explore your vacation goals, budget, and logistics. If you decide to proceed, we'll ask you for a trip planning fee and additional documentation including a travel service agreement, secure credit card authorization, and passport information.
Proposal Stage
We leverage our partner relationships, travel management experience and access to Virtuoso amenities to design your trip and provide you with a proposal including airline tickets, transfers, accommodations, tours, and trip insurance. Then we modify the proposal to further meet your vacation expectations.
Booking & Payment
Upon your approval, our travel company will proceed with making all necessary reservations and payments and will provide you with a comprehensive final itinerary.
Customer Service & Feedback
We are here to support you before and during your journey and we welcome your feedback after your journey so that we can continue to enhance our travel services.
